Turing Phone Cadenza: The next generation AI based smartphone powered by dual Snapdragon 830s, 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.

If we are not wrong, you might be reading this article in a device that is thousand times more powerful than the computers that were used to put the first man into space, decades ago. The smart phones we are using right now are intelligent enough to do almost anything from booking a dinner to exploring the universe right in your hands. But they need your attention and intervention to make things work for you.

But that’s not enough, it’s time for Evolution, the world is betting big on Artificial Intelligence. Many technology giants like Alphabet, Facebook, Microsoft and IBM are working hard to develop Artificial intelligence that could enhance our lives.

But people at Turing Robotics Industries (TRI) went a step ahead and thought of fitting AI into your palm. And now they are out with a highly promising next generation mobile device, The Turing Phone. TRI has drawn the attention of the world when it first announced the phone with highly promising specifications sheet. Following months of delay the device is going to be finally shipped in July 2017.

TRI chief executive (and “chief architect”) Steve Chao described ‘The Outer Blueprint’ in a recent email newsletter, referring to it as “a leading edge program to realize the next generation of mobile devices”. He said:

TRI’s research into AI goes further into deep learning and we’re interested in knowing how machines can be more beneficial to us. TRI foresees a new machine with far more computing power to serve our daily needs when we need them the most, thus we’ve dreamed up and have begun development of what we call a “perfectly designed device.”

Turing says the Cadenza will run on ‘Swordfish OS’ – a spin-off of Sailfish – with deep learning artificial intelligence capabilities:

  • Running Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Long Short-Term Memory Network (LSTM)
  • Differential Privacy

Chao added:

TRI is able to pivot efficiently and create something as extraordinary as the Turing Phone Cadenza. It is our belief that we can disrupt the status quo by bringing the Turing Phone Cadenza from the future to the present.

TRI says that the Turing Phone Cadenza has an expected release date of sometime in 2017.

If you are thinking of upgrading to a next generation Apple or Android device, it’s really it’s worthy to wait for this Turing Phone Cadenza, which could be your own JARVIS working for you.
